BANT Consulting was founded by practitioners who spent years inside organizations evaluating, selecting, and implementing enterprise technology. We watched too many good companies get sold the wrong tools by vendors with the wrong incentives.

02 / Origin

20+ years in the room.

Our founding team has led technology decisions, managed enterprise implementations, and advised executive teams across professional services, manufacturing, financial services, and startups. We have sat on both sides of the table — as operators making the calls and as advisors helping others make them.

We started BANT because we kept seeing the same pattern: a vendor with a polished demo, a decision made under time pressure, and an implementation that cost twice the budget and delivered half the value.

The fix is not a better vendor. It is a better process. That is what we bring.
